Salam,

This is my second project where the platform will be my beloved N16, will be refreshed with the S16VE NEO motor to replace the standard QG16DE motor. The clip belong to the car model from Japan where the code name is B15.

Here lied the legend motor, hehehe blue top SR16VE Neo.
Here is the specification of the motor collected from Wikipedia.

Another version of the VVL SR engines, is the 1.6 L SR16VE. The engine block for the SR16VE is the same as the SR20VE; it also has the same cylinder bore. The crankshaft has a shorter stroke, which lowers the displacement, but allows the engine to safely rev to higher RPM. Although this engine has 1.6 L of displacement, it has more aggressive camshaft specifications. It manages to make 173 hp (129 kW). The camshafts from this engine are considered to be an upgrade for SR20VE owners.

Modern dashboard design almost similar to N16 where 2 tone color dashboard is preferred, high quality wooden steering with SRS airbag, not yet explode.

The B15 cluster meter with 8000 RPM red line and one thing it colorful. Almost similar to N16 cluster meter.

The front brake, ventilated single pot, nothing special but the diameter of the rotor is much bigger than the standard N16.

I can't get the brand of the pad, but it can stand up to 430C.

The rear axle. It light in weight, what I can see here it simple in design together with the solid disk single pot braking system. The handbrake cable still intact, not being cut. Only the brake fluid hose not spare from being cut.

Let go the engine bay department. Standard inspection of the clips, the engine oils. The dipstick showed the adequate engine oil and let take a peep inside the engine. Quite clean, it looked good.

ECU, stuffed inside the firewall, what can you see is the proper enclosure of the ECU.

The essence of the SR16VE NEO engine, two electronic VVL solenoid, which is RPM driven intake 5800 rpm and exhaust 6500 rpm.

Last but not least, an original keys to start the motor :)

Salam,

Many of friends confused between B15 and N15 maybe due to the fact that B15 and N15 are models produced for Nippon market and the clips available in Malaysia mostly is N15 which is quite popular for the Sentra B13 /B14 lovers, where everything from the clips can be transfer to the platform which is including the front body parts.

Sound good and worth it. B15 clip actually quite rare in Malaysia market due to fact B15 is a bit expensive compare to N15 clip and it is quite similar to N16 Sentra . I used to bought a N15 clips and recently bought B15 clip for my coming project heheheh.

Sorry folks,
Due to limited time, no up-date on this site although there were a-lot of improvement to my ride hehehehe. In my personal opinion standard RB20 still lack of power ( power band on high rev, 5K rpm and above) and in order to get better ommmphhhh you have to increase the boost. But still felt lacking.

Actually not my real intention to migrate to RB25 while in visiting my favorite half-cut shop, I spotted maroon standard ECR33 and come with a very special price for me. Damn!!
Please enjo the photos of the clips. The motor can be start withoout hassle, leaking on the common spots like cam cover and gearbox, no big deals laa friends.

The rule of thumbs in selecting your favorite motor in this kind of environment:
a) Start the engine check the smoke from the exhaust pipe
b) Open the cam opener and check the oil condition and check the oil volume through dipstick.
c) Visible check on the engine part leaking mark and, crack wall.
d) Check the coolant condition etc. inside radiator n reservoir
e) Turn on the aircond.
f) The sound of the started engine, unusual knocking sound.

The millage, not bad still under 100K km, looking forward to replace the belting. So far all the meters working fine.

Undercarriage view, looking good clean. Only common leaking and can be solve through changing the gasket.

Fuel Pump - Walbro GSS342

Walbro fuel pump is well known for the "HP Addicted" due to its high pressure and small in size. Also well known for the fake product over here, over round the world as well. Here I'm going to list down the specification of the fuel pump information and also some knowledge to distinguish between the fake one.

The packages contains. But what I heard from many source the walbro supplied by local shop is not coming with it own box as well as the kits. The shop claims that the kits is supplied by the third party vendor, due to original kits that came with pump made the to increase margin of their sale. Damn :(

Installation Process

The installation procedure begin by removing the boot carpet and fuel tank cover.

Remove the 2 host and the wiring connector to the fuel pump relay. Why got 2 host? One for the delivery and another for the return.

Anybody wanna see the inside of the fuel injection tanks? Check it out, there compartment is specially made to avoid starvation of the fuel during cornering or vibration. This is the main different between the fuel injection and carb tanks.

The seal rubber between the upper cover and the fuel tanks. The function is to avoid gas fume leaking to the boot area.

Take out and throw away the original fuel pump hehehehehe.

Install the walbro, by connecting the fuel filter the bottom of the filter, tight it out with ring supplied. Make sure the white face is for the fuel filter and the black face is for fuel host and the electrical connector. Attached the host for the fuel delivery.

Finished then. Simple rite.

Next will go for the wiring. See the hose attached and the electrical connector. Attached the red wire to the (+) terminal and black wire to the (-)/GND terminal. If the connector plate not available, feel free to solder both the terminals. Make sure u clean the terminal from the previous factory solder for making a good connection.

Put back the pump together with feeding hoses as well as the relay connector. Start your engine
and adjust the fuel regulator, for not to give too much flow of the fuel.

FYI, from previous experience, after installation u can know whether the pump is genuine or not. The GSS342 is the highest flow rate and it damn noisy. By starting your engine and release the lock nut of the fuel regulator, u can see from the regulator meter needle will at the maximum of the meter's range.In my case the max the meter needle can go is 70 psi. Due to standard turbine, I have set it to 30 psi, is more than enough :).
Friend of mines experience installing the fake/faulty walbro, where the pressure is around 30psi and can't go more that :(.
And the sound, this guys a bit quiet compare to external Bosh fuel pump that I used previously and for the fake one hehehe sorry to say no sound at all. Check yours....
Here, what I can tell you, sending a larger flow of fuel throughout your fuel system will never harm your engine and may actually help your motor in several ways. Your fuel injectors and fuel regulator only allow what is needed to travel into engine's intake manifold, usually sending back approximately 95% of the fuel from your fuel pump, directly back to fuel tank via fuel return line. This actually help cool down the gas as well as fragile vehicle components as the fuel passes through.

Brake , Brake Brake .........

Have u ever wonder or take care about your brake system? The health of the system whether it in optimun condition ? Can your car stop at right time Don't care, heheheh until real things happen to you?
My front 4 pots brake give a sign that it has less bitting force. How do I know?
The conditions, when u kick the brake pedal, u fell nothing, empty,.... does not feel the the pad biting the rotor until half of the pedals, then it start biting with mild force. The car can stop in normal condition no doubt, but the feel, there is something wrong with the brake, I swear. Sometime during braking, the "krinching" sound came along at right side front brake. Check out the front brake pad condition. I dunno want brand is this, not stated on the pad. The material still thick but stopping power very disappointing.

Don't blame yourself, it happened to me as well. An almost accidents happened to me last weekend where my car almost kissing a stupid van who suddenly over take in front of me without any signs while I'm in the full boost, :( . Kicked the brake pedal, while u can heard a front tires screaming and smoking. What I felt at the time the car can't be stop. But any how manage to escape from kissing the stupid van. Thanks to god, Almighty.
When to the scenes after work and found out along single stretch tire mark. Hahahaha that my tire marks but where the other one? Something wrong with my front right brake. Maybe the pads, the caliper or the pistons got stuck there. Who knows.

Immediately send the caliper for services, taken out the pistons, removed all the rusts with sand paper, clean the caliper from the dust together with the rubber seals and the rings. Grease the pistons with special grease which is mean for brake.
After few days the braking power still the same but the sound is slowing. What can we conclude here is the old pads that give me trouble. Forgot to mention on the front right wheel condition is a bit clean from brake dust compare to the left side of the wheel. Something wrong with pads trust me.

Check out the new brake pads Endless VN9500. It the lowest grade brake from Endless product line, cheaper with 300C temperature rating. With improve resistance material non-asbestos claimed by them. It for street and occasionally sport / winding road used. To get the best result from this pad, Endless recommend to used Dot4 brake liquid and above. That the reason why u see the Dot 4 Bosch brake fluid, with temperature rating 365C and 165C. It made in Germany plus cheaper.

Non metallic, non asbestos brake material. Environmental friendly and to rotor as well.

Installed the brake pads and drive the car. Feel great dude :) . Felt early biting of the pads with firm feeling during early kicking the pedals. In the manual, the brake pad need to warm-up upon installation, around 30-40 miles until it really biting. Never allowed your self to do emergency brake prior installing a new pad. This will let the brake material burn and less effective after that.
So far so good with the blend performance of the brake pad plus dot 4 fluids. More confident feels during hard and late braking with this pads.

Sorry guys, it been a long time not up-dating this blog. As u know it a time and money that keep resist me from up-dating this site. Hehehehehe
I have installed the GTR size inter cooler, with custom stainless steel piping, handcraft from my friend. Nice job with nice welding quality.

But there is an issue, after installing bigger inter cooler. My idling is become crazy especially when air-cond is turn on. AFM fault ? The diagnostic steps were executed, cleaning AFM, exchange with a good one. But the result improve but still same as before. Proved that AFM is ok. Then go to another valve that sit at top rear of the engine.Forgot the name, clean the valve even exchange with claims to be good one. the condition is much better.

Promise to u guys will up-dating the photos, since I lost my charger for my digital camera battery pack. Dammm !!!!!

New Stuffs? Front Mount Intercooler (FMIC) On da way....

For the peoples who not really sure why turbo motor needs an intercooler, perhap this basic explaination might helps.The basic function of the intercooler is to cool air that is heated up after compressed by the turbocharger. If left hot, the air into the engine will be less dense thus results in loss of power and possible engine damage.

The stock little intercooler for Rb20DET tinny piece in size which is tube and fin construction side mount intercooler (SMIC), work fine with a normal driving. It does the job without too much compromise between cost and performance for average Joe.

Why front mount intercooler is the favourate? The main reason are ability to cool a larger air charge. Another reason is intercooler is surrounded by cooler air in which to dessipate heat, thus less power lost to heat soak.

I bought a brand new infinite intercooler from frends which is delar for this brand. The size is standard GTR size which is 600 x 300 x 100 (Length x Width x Thickness mm)Bar and plate construction is known for better flow characteristics (minimal pressure loss) but a bit heavy.

Next item for the construction of the FMIC is the after market blow off valve(BOV). It a diaphragm type BOV.

Why chose Trust/Greddy brand?

1) Too many user of HKS SSQV including the fake one , the sound is become too commond.

RB20DET Engine Rebuild Part V - Start Da Engine

After everything assembled together, start da engine and found out that the engine running rough, and the smell of the fume from the ezos was stink, fuel not burning properly and got the smell of the burned engine oil. My guess is one of the cylinder is not running. It gonna cost us more to de assemble the engine engine to check what when wrong, damn :(. First of all we sort out all due to electronic failure, suspected the coil pack give us the headace. Open the plug and found out that plug at cylinder no.3 is wet with engine oil.
Call my friend, to get more tips, he suggest to run compression test on each cylinder to varify issue due to electronic or the engine parts. I borrowed the compression gauge from him (thanks to Izad, Dazlie Motorsport) and performed a test on each of the cylinder and guess what cylinder 3 give no pressure at all, 0 psi.The rest of the cylinder give 9 psi, cantik.... Confirm it the engine itself no electronic failure.

The car is jack-up easy to take out the single piston without taking out the whole engine.

We take out the head, and did a quick verification on the intake hole and found out the the intake hole at cylinder 3 is wet with oil. Now the culprit is more toward the head, the valves itself or the valve seal.
At last we found out that the culprit that give us 0 psi on the third cylinder, is the valve seal. Broken metal ring arround the seal. Piston in that particular cylinder is in good condition.

RB20DET Engine Rebuild Part II - Dismantle the Motor

Now we come to dismantle the internal organs of the RB20 and make a diagnose for the damage parts. Check for the above photo when we removed the pair of the cam cover.

Beautiful & shining, this indicate that regular oil change is done before in result no black oil stain inside the head of the RB20. Done by me :) I will sending this head to undergo port and polish process.

The standard cam together with crank position sensor.

Leaking at front of the engine block. I hate leaking. That indicate wore/crack/hard oil seal of cam pulley. After more than 100K Km of course the rubber seal need to be replaced.

Same thing happened to the oil seals for the timing belt tensional and idle pulley, which in result oil leaking.

What is this? This is the engine block of Rb20det made from cast iron, strong block indeed. Sorry, it very dirty.

This is the interestng parts, where all of you can see the true pictures of the RB20det pistons.

The surface of the damage piston. Wow quite bad as you can see the mark of the 4 valves also imprinted on the surface of the piston. But this is normal for standard used pistons, still can be used without effecting the compression cylinders.

RB20DET Engine Rebuild Part I - Performance parts :)

Engine rebuild is the most expensive investment and time consuming for all car freaks. There are reasons why we need engine rebuild, some need the taste of the new engine without have to buy the actually car which is cost a bom to certain community and country.
A question, why this time? Hahahahaha a stupid reason why I need to rebuild the engine. Just let me keep it to my self ok.
Check this out first good stuffs, came from Tomei factory is a head metal gasket. It consists of 3 sandwich layers where the metal sheet is in the middle.

Yesssss it a tomei metal gasket. This shit is expensive, you know, for the beginner wondering why this piece of sheet metal expensive? It just a gasket nothing special. Ha hahaha but it made from steel. Compare to the standard gasket which made from special paper.
The standard paper gasket, can't stand with the higher boost. See what I mean. During in high boost mode, engine temp can increase at the stage over the standard gasket specification.This will burned the gasket and the engine oil will come out between the head and and the engine block.

Anybody can translate to me?

Next candidates is a timing belt, made by Power Interprise Japan. It just a timing belt nothing special, but it made from kevlar material. What is kevlar, anybody? From Wikipedia, is the registered trademark for a light strong para-aramid synthetic fiber. Kevlar is well-known as a component of some bulletproof vests.The US military forces PASGT helmet and vest used from the early 1980s both have Kevlar as a key component, as do their replacements. It time for me to change the plugs and the LSD lube. Is quite long time never change this two stuffs. First of all take out the standard intercooler piping and the screws for the coil packs covers.

Check this out the throttle body, quite clean hehehehe.

The 6 coil packs, this the one that got 100k km life time (can't remember where I got this figure). How do you know physically the coil packs damage? Check the upper and bottom of the coil pack, if got any visible crack, then consider damage. The damage usually due to heat generated from the engine. That why a lot of RB20DET users throw away the cover for fast heat dissipation.

The bottom of the coil packs look in good condition. If not hehehehe welcome Splitfire blue coils.

After removing the coil packs you can see the spark plugs and waiting to be change.

Yeah the G- Power is here, platinum spark plugs BKR5EGP, although is not the best solution compare to Iridium plugs but still serve the purpose for turbo engine. Hehehhehee

Installed the plugs and don't forget the coil pack then crack the engine.

The new lube for my LSD. Check the rating 80W/90. Made by Pennzoil still OK and you need to change it regularly in order to maintain the grip of the LSD.

First of all drain the dirty old LSD oil.

Check this out the oil condition after coming out from the differential housing. Very dirty and I you see carefully it got metallic particles. That why the sound of the LSD is quite loud during slow cornering. After changing the oil, trust me the sound reduce drastically hehehehe, maybe next time I can consider synthetic oil like Redline etc.

Can you guys spot any part missing? Hey where is the the screw for the bottom of the coilover?That why the I felt the rear of the car smashing to the ground when over the bumper or the pot holes. I thought that due to broken bushes. Now heheheh no irritating sounds any more.

Cefiro A31 New Uras Body Kit Installation

Bought these kit from local fiber shop through friend. It actually URAS design fiber body kit, complete set made from local quality fiber, which is the around 2-3mm thickness. Not bad.

Take out the front bumper. As you can see, the bumper is actually for R32 GTR fiber bumper made from japan, sold already :(

Previous installation using custom plate together with 6 rusty screws.

Unscrew the screws below the front grills.

Bare bone, as you can see the original front bumper holder. We need to cut a bit in order the new front bumper takin place.

Easy via the torch. Hehehehehe.

Taken out the original RB25 rear bumper. It very hard you know.

Regular Service?

Regular service for this beast, lube changed and air filter. Maintaining Nissan is cheap since the service parts is cheap, like oil filter. Before this I used Proton Saga OEM oil filter which is cost RM8. Tired of the Proton's parts there, as in the picture oil filter for Nissan Van, which part no. 15208 H8991. Heard from the crowd, Nissan engine CA18DET, RB20DET is very sensitive to
the dirty oil, mean you have to maintaine 5K oil changes for longer engine's life .

Check this out 6' KNN air filter bought from the local performance shop, to replace the old dirty one.

Fuel Pressure Regulator - Stage II (Installation)

Return Fuel Regulator

Intake Fuel Regulator

Now we come to the installation stage. Above photos you can see for RB20DET motor, there are 2 standard little fuel regulators which for the intake and return fuel. This adjustable fuel regulator will replace the intake one. Who need high pressure for the return fuel line rite? We only need high and adjustable high pressure for the intake of the fuel line.

Completed Sard pressure regulatar with meter and intake in and out screw hose. Don't forget to used the plumbing white tape before screwing the meter and hose screws to avoid fuel leakages.

Remove the standard fuel presure by unscrew 2 screws. Be carefully with the fuel spitting out which still available inside the fuel rail.

This is the standard fuel regulator, after removed it from the fuel rail braket. Check the O ring. You have to use back the standard O ring together with custom adapter.

Fuel rail adapter installed together with the O ring. Screw it . The aerospeed adapter need to modified abit at the screw holes.

Fitt in the fuel and the vacum hose.

The final set-up.

First time start the engine without modified the pressure screw, you can see the engine, suck almost 60 PSI of fuel. Then set to optimum level for your need, for my case with standard snail 30PSI should be ok. Any comment?

Test drive the car, WOW, there huge different in term of pickup and no more jerking when taking corner in gear 2, No jerking at all hahahaha. Good investment, recomend to you guys.

One of the thing that bothering us is that, how to distinguish between the original Sard and the Taiwan made one? One of the tip that my friends gave to me, physically it same but you can differenciate between original and fake one by: After install, start your engine and make sure no fuel/vacum leaking. Then turn off the engine, the original one will show no drop in pressure but the fake/Taiwan one will give u 0 psi.

But bear in mind that please consult experince mechanic/technician for this installation. This involved fuel line which is dangerous if not install properly. These write up is my experince to share with you guys and I not resposible for anything bad happens after this.

Blue Hoses Fever - Project Cancel

Blue hose crawling around inside the engine hood is a MUST for the care freak, heheheh including me can't run from the fever of the silicone hose, whether it branded like Samco etc...

Bought the radiator hoses from local performance shop claimed that they can provide slilicone hoses for modified A31 with RB20DET, why not just give a try, if can't fit can be replace with other parts like Walbro fuel pump, etc. well it next next project anyway, if budjet permitted.

It a products from local, Works Engineering, which produced a lot of performance parts for NA and turbo motors.

Check out the spec of the hose. It can stand from 3 Bar up to 5 Bar and max working temp is 180C. Reliable compare to standard black hose. Ehh anybody know what the spec for Samco hose?Actually the hose is not for A31 RB20DET PNP. It from other models maybe from Skyline R32. Check it out the photo of the trial fitting, upper and bottom hoses. From the photos below, we need to cut a lot for the upper hose, and for the bottom hose, thanks God it PNP hahahaha.

* Note due to incompatible size for the bottom hose which goes to radiator bigger then the silicone hose, this hose need to return back for refund. My mechanic friend said this hose not for RB20DET motor, it for NA motor.

Fuel Presure Regulator - Stage I (parts)

EFI fuel pressure regulators come in various shapes and sizes but all have the same purpose - to maintain a constant fuel pressure above the intake manifold pressure. The difference in pressure between the fuel rail and intake manifold or differential pressure across the injector should be maintained at a level to suit optimum injector operation.

For my case, I suffer from engine jerking and vibration during cornering when in 2nd gear, and one of the solution that since need to try out is this, suspected fuel pressure dropping. Since it Rm3xx ringgit why not have a try heheheh.

Then why Sard? Most of the car freaks out there using Sard. Got a good feedback about this product. Since then heard there are lots of fake Sard fuel regulator, which is coming from Taiwan. The performance shop owner, gave me 2 choises original or fake one which different in pricing. Anybody got idea how to distinguish the fake one?

Damn, check this out, people easily brakin our traffic law, check above photo, hahahaha funny rite what will happen if one of the flower pots jump and smashed my bonnet and front screen. I will blok this damn lorry with a hard ebrake and give the driver a piece of me huh, sound nasty, hehehehehe.

Cowboy town weh, even Mat rempit also used appolo "korek" (Scoop) helmet to protect their stubborn head. I wonder why they "korek" the helmet emmmm, if not, they look like apek jual sayur hahahaha, one of the reasons to do so.

DIY- Install Oil Catch Tank for RB20DET

The purpose of the OCT is to keep the intake manifold and throttle body clean in long term from the oilly pressure air which coming from the engine. It should be connected from PCV valve, OCT and intake manifold, normal engine. But for RB20DET, actually there are 2 ways and 2 differents purpose of installing OCT:

a) PCV valve -> OCT -> Engine ( To maintain intake manifold and throttle body clean)
b) PCV valve -> OCT -> Turbo ( To maintain the turbine clean)

I bought Cusco OCT at local performance shop with a decent price (bargain power yeah) heheheh and ask them to install as well. They fitted the tank nicely between the headlight and the air filter. Ok done and let fit the host, What, do u say can't fit the host? Why?

The hose supplied by manufacture is too small compare to PCV valve pipe.I had no choise and have to find the correct hose and DIY.

U need at least 1.5mm inner diameter to fitt to RB20DET PCV valve pipe. Due to very hard to find the hose with internal diameter 1.5mm, I used the standard cooking gas hose which small in diameter, still can't fitt to the PCV pipe but thanks to the hardware shop owner idea, heat the hose with ciggy lighter and fit it, hahahaha. That do it. Since it cheap, don't bother it if it dirty or if the OCT need to service just replace the hose.

Check my DIY OCT below. See the 2 long hoses from PCV valve and intake to OCT go under the standard intercooler piping. After DIY , so far so good, no problems.

After a month, u can see the host which from PCV valve to OCT is black and really dirty but the tank show no oil indicator. Actually the setup of the hose go under the intercooler is wrong,

the oil can't be catch by the tank and it accumulate inside the hose which is under the intercooler piping.How I realise that? When I start my engine I can saw the oils is shaking inside the hose under intercooler piping, the oils is heavy and not being push totally to the tank by the pressure gasses. Hah that why, no oil level at the indicator after a month of usage.

Another problem after a month, is the hose. the hose tend to become soft due to excessive heat generated by the engine. I need to find the bigger host and heat resistance. Found the host at hardware shop at Jalan Kelang Lama heheheh and cheap some more.

Project - 2 Pots Rear Brake and 5 Lugs Conversion

Rear brake upgrading? Yeah, it in my top priority list since not much investment is needed. Contact saleman from Drifthouse to get secondhand of R33 2 pots brake which consists of knuckle heads, 2 pots calipers and skimp rotors. The installation is direct replacement of the original cefiro A31 caliper and rotor.R33 knuckle can't be used anymore. But the brake host, need to change to RB25 host, since it available with Rm75 in pair, heh what the heck, just replace it

Suprisingly the rear A31 driveshafts is compatible with the 5 lugs wheel hub hehehehehe

and the installation took about 3 hours, including bleeding the brake line. And it time for test it.

Take the ride and test it a few time in hard braking as well as the e-brake, wah hehehehe the power from 100Km/h to 0Km/h has tremendously jump hahahahah good investment. But after a few day I check on the rear driver side of the wheel and saw the rotor was kind of dirty. It might be the caliper need to service or the brake pad "kong/bakar" already and need replacement.

Check the photo above, as u can see the the shinning surface not covering the whole brake surface. Went back to workshop and order Bendix king and installed the new pad and see how.

After a week and check the condition improved the rotor still not shining as the other side. Not satisfied with the job done previously, I went back to other trusted pomen and let him investigate what actually happened. Found out that the brake pad is jam :( , no freeplay inside the caliper, that guy got a hard time to take it out.

That brake surface not evenly cover and make the rotor dirty. It look like from the previous installation, the guys take an easy method force the pad inside the caliper without grind the edge of the pad holder since the pad is not dedicated for this caliper. Wahhhhh luckily this problem been troubleshoot earlier, if not the brake will jam, lot of smoke, need to skimp the rotor and change the pads again :( . And the pad actually exceed the temperature limit which is 400c and the performance not really good after this incident.

Looking forward for endless VN9500 or super street perhap :)

Swap the look? Cefiro or Skyline

It hard to make this decison, yes to change the front look to original cefiro A31. For me the current look it ok but the installation, abit sloopy, where the fender cutting is not properly done and end up with 1 cm extra for those 2 side fender. And there a lot of bodykit available for A31 Wonder, Autotech, Uras local or imported one and it look nice and garang hehehehe

Then I make an offer in one of the cefiro club forum; wanna swap with mine? Came one nice bro, (jounalist weh) offer me with it front body parts with modified R32 GTR bumper. Not bad huh. The condition, a crack at bottom front bumper and signal light. No big deal laah

Made myself available at my expert workshop, and this guys tear the front parts in less than 10 minutes by himself, perrrrgh it guuuud.

Tadaa...... naked heheheh

But RUST :( , I hate the most, after the pomen throw away the side fender, OMG, there a rust at the welding point/joint between side body structure as u can see in the picture. With the helps of sandpaper and screw driver, removed the rust and used undercarriage tar to cover the internal body hehehehehehe not bad huh, low cost solution thanks to Ah Sion for givin me free

My Drift Car - Nissan Cefiro A31

Yeah this is my second drift car bought in Feb 07. Nissan Cefiro A31 92 with R32 GTS front look. The installation of the front bodypart was a slopy works where u can see from the picture the front bonnet edge is miss align. The engine is stock RB20DET taken out from Nissan skyline R32 GTS with 4 pots brake system.

How about the condition? My and bunch of cars freak went to the place to check out the car. The engine run smoothly with corrent idling rpm. U can see from the picture, this car suffered from leaking radiator cap, and top cover gasket.
But unfortunetly the body very sad laa. All the rubber lining pecah2 already including glass rubber lining. The roof condition was pretty bad , a lot of rust perrrrgh, this is due to the low quality glue used to stick the roof sheet and the roof frame during manufacturing. The rear bumper is from Cefiro Rb25, heheheh high market value.
The interior condition not bad huh, is not a standard cefiro but everything is in black with R32 dashboard including the steering wheel.
So far the list of the modification done for this beast are:

The list of the modifications will continue on and on and depend on the budject and time. As u know NA car modification quite expensive to build since the performance part is very hard to get.
